1. Everyone at the University (faculty, staff & students) will have an Internet access for the purpose of fast communication. Electronic mail (E-mail) will be the means for communication.
Each student will be required to specify their e-mail address, where messages will be sent. Student's account will be treated confidential, anyone caught hacking or using other student's account will be punished. Students will be suspended 1-3 weeks depending on the severity of the act.
Students are required to check their official e-mail accounts to remain informed of University communication.
System administrators will be given authority in viewing some accounts in some circumstances, i.e., if some accounts contain malicious files. Owner of the accounts containing any malicious files will be subjected to hard labor.
Ethical use of the of the system is highly required!!!
COMPUTER ETHICS
2. There is a need to study computer ethics even if ethics seem to be subjective in nature since a typical problem (in computer ethics) arises because there is a policy vacuum about how computer technology should be used.
Computers provide us with new capabilities, which give us new choices for action. Often, either no policies for conduct in these situations exist or existing policies seem inadequate. The main task of computer ethics is to determine what we should do or not do in such cases, i.e, to formulate policies to guide our actions.
Computer ethics includes consideration of both personal and social policies for the ethical use of computer technology.
NON-JURAL LAWS
3. If I'm going to practice just one type of non-jural laws (divine, natural, moral & physical) for the entire existence of my life, I would choose Divine Law because it is the most important law among the others.
Divine law is defined as to any rule that in the opinion of the believers, comes directly from the will of God. It comes from the revelation or scripture, hence Biblical law, and is necessary for human salvation.
All other non-jural laws fall under the Divine law as it surrounds the whole universe. With this, anyone practicing the Divine law is at the same time practicing all other non-jural laws.
in my own understanding, you are just stating facts, description, meaning, definition. you are not making a clear stand on why study ethics or why choose Divine law.
